5 things to look forward to this fall / autumn

As summer is living it's last days this year, I see a lot of people already whining about autumn coming up, and I hope, I am not the only one who actually looks forward to it. Honestly...I used to dislike it too. Because school (oh no, I used the-word-that-should-not-be-used), and cold nights and days getting shorter. I used to depress myself that way, until I actually realized two things.
First, you cannot stop autumn or any other season from coming.
Second, you can, however, have fun, despite whichever time of the year it is.
It's all about concentrating on the bright side, people.
And to those of you, who don't see that side yet, here is 5 things I personally always look forward too, every autumn.

1. Fall trends. I realize, this post is gonna be more girly, than I wanted it too, but yeah...
I don't know what about you, but I always feel like fall time is the best time to renew your wardrobe or try a new style, thanks to the weather, which allows you to play a bit with your clothing, instead of having to throw on the lightest thing possible to avoid sweating. Ew.

2. Tea and sweets. Now, you gonna be like "Tea? How did it end up in this post, Alice?' and here is why: I just love myself a nice cup of tea, and not just regular black one. There are tons of mixes (my personal favorite - green tea with rose petals) you could try to warm yourself up at cool autumn evenings, relaxing in your cosy bed, reading an interesting book or writing your own...
And of course, we cannot forget about sweets, which I find kinda too "heavy" for summer time and I usually go for icecream instead (don't judge, I am a weirdo).
And don't worry, diet queens, dark chocolate is still acceptable for those, who try to stay fit:)

3. TV shows. I honestly, have no idea who decides to put all season premieres during september/october, but that one is a genius. Seriously, they deserve an award, because favorite TV shows returning can be a great reason to be less frowny when autumn arrives. As for me, here is top 3 TV shows (new season premieres) I am waiting for this autumn.
1)   2)

3)

If you never heard of these shows or never gave them a try, just click on a picture to see what's the hype about.

4. Halloween. Lets be honest, you love that holiday. Despite the way you spend it - in your bed watching horrors or at your friend's party in a crazy homemade (or not) costume or with your crew gathered around a bonfire to share some scary stories.

5. New experiences. This one is basically the thing you should look forward too any day, because...life is about making memories, about going with new opportunities while you can.

It's all about finding yourself, because you've got only one lifetime to do it. xx
